"It is wrong that our state Legislature decides which rights and protections we have - and which we don't. We must fight to codify the rights of pregnant people in Arizona law, and in our Constitution. If we don’t have this basic freedom in our Constitution, we do not have this freedom. The Republican Majority in the Arizona Legislature voted in 2024 to keep the ban on abortion that was written in 1864. We must fight for the right people in office."
